"心を整えられる空間と時間"

8.0

アメニティや室内、食器が自然系でまとめられていて室内のボタニカルな装飾も雰囲気が素敵。バルコニーからサウナに行けるのも便利。 何よりオーナーが優しかった。

バルコニーのガラス扉とカーテンが閉めにくい。

"Gorging tree house!"

We loved the incredible view and the comfort of the house.

Our maps had a difficult time navigating to the tree house, it was hard to find.

"Paradise and nature, right up close."

10.0

What proximity to nature, what a view. Absolutely unique stay unlike any other. This accommodation is paradise, and provides the most glorious sense of simple, yet well-appointed isolation. If you have a rental car, you are free to explore the Motobu peninsula, which is laid-back beautiful. The cafe, which opens at 11, is worth staying in for.

I don’t know who is reading this, but if you like to see nature through protective glass, if you are physically unfit, if you cannot stand the idea of the occasional insect or little gecko visiting your living space, and if you like lots of attentive staff in uniforms, and other residents, then this place is not for you. (Go and check into the Intercontinental) I came here with my two adventurous teenage daughters and we had the time of our lives.

"Tried once but no next time, thanks."

Nice environment

Booking.com shown this is a two double bed room But when I check in only one bed is found. Staff is not helping and leave me to found out the mattress under the bed without point out the location. Appreciated with the environment but not a good place for family trip, maybe only fit for adults only. Slippery and stiff road if there’s rain. Dangerous to children.

"Nice location but the worst value for money accommodation of our 3 week Japan trip"

2.0

The location itself is really nice and the owner has done a good job on the aesthetics of the cabin but there were a number if things that severely detracted from the experience of staying there We paid about 36,000Y per night which is about what we also paid for high end luxury ryokans during our trip that included meals. However, this place didn't offer anywhere close to the level of facilities, comfort and service of comparably priced accommodation

Firstly the accommodation isn't as private and secluded as the photos suggest as the cafe and sauna are right next to the accommodation. You can clearly hear the cafe and people using the sauna from inside the cabin which really detracts from the "treehouse" experience. Also there is actually nothing stopping someone using the sauna deck from accidentlly walking in front of the cabin and looking into the shower window whilst you are taking a shower Secondly, even though the cabin is located in a secluded place and it is not very convenient to go out for meals, the cabin does not actually have a proper cooking facilities, only a tiny kitchenette. The host does provide an electric outdoor BBQ which you have to connect it by running an extension cord through the sliding door to an indoor powerpoint which seems like a really poor and unsafe DIY solution. The BBQ barely got hot enough to cook any meat and definitely not hot enough to sear meat. In reality you end up trying to cook your food outside while being bitten by a swarm of mosquitoes. On the 2nd night we ended up just instant bowl noodles as that was the only thing you can realistically cook inside with the available facilities Thirdly, the treehouse concept is a cabin built around the base of a tree trunk which looks really cool. But the tree trunk itself has a number of branches completely covered in thorns sticking out and we really worried for our 2 year old child. Just seems crazily unsafe and we are unsure why the owner doesn't do something about it (see photo). I actually ended up scratching my back quite badly on a branch in the middle of the 2nd night when there was a rain storm and the roof started leaking around the tree trunk. We ended up having to find a rubbish bin to catch the dripping water in the middle of the night Overall a really poor experience that doesn't justify the extremely expensive 36,000Y per night price

"Very good"

The tree house is surrounded by beautiful nature - trees, butterflies, sea. It sits on a hill, the view from it is amazing and unique. The tree house itself is well designed, its integration with nature makes it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

The cooking facilities are limited, just microwave. But there is an electric BBQ provided.

"Beautiful and unique house"

10.0

The views were fantastic and the place was very clean. We also really enjoyed the cafe and the sauna on site. The cafe opens at 11 and the owners were very helpful in recommending us ways to enjoy both the cafe and sauna.

It's not really on the map so it was a bit hard to find it, especially since the last couple hundred meters are on dirt roads.
