AD Verona flat

The lady who met us was very friendly. The flat has beautiful high ceilings and feels spacious even though we had the sofa bed out. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were a good size.

Would prefer to see large soap/shampoo containers rather than small packaging for eco reasons

Just as described. The beds were comfortable. The location was great.

The flat was close to city Centre and that was really convenient to get around.

Very minimalist. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The kitchen had no microwave and the dishes and cutlery were all mismatched. No proper knives the fridge doesn’t get cold enough, it was colder outside. Dirty pots, coffee cups were put away in cabinets unwashed. No napkins, no dish soaps and only one sad dish towel. The bathroom had no towel hooks and barely any soap was left to shower with thank god we had our own. The hairdryer worked for less than a second and died. Overall the size of the flat was good. If you are used to a certain standard of living this would not be for you. Wouldn’t book this flat again

A great apartment in an excellent location. Host met us ahead of scheduled check in time which was appreciated, gave a quick tour of the facilities and then some very handy recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Apartment was spacious, light and a perfect base for our party.

We had one issue with an electrical appliance. (which the host resolved with 1 hour :-)) View from all apartment windows is into a courtyard, so no views or balcony.

Location. Very quiet and very close to the places to visit and restaurants. Two good bedrooms and two bathrooms. AC Fast WLAN.

Great location, quiet yet in the center. Spacious, well lit apartment. Hostess went out of her way to fix air conditioners that didn’t work upon arrival and to supply clean sponges and dishwasher tablets quickly (there were none) when we asked. Great recommendations for restaurants and ice cream.

No option to leave luggage anywhere upon departure (we had a long day before airport). No basic amenities (aside from salt), had to buy everything. Not enough kitchen towels (only one).

Strange smell on the stairs. Host kept insisting about the hour we arrive (not like it was up to us)

There are a couple of places just in front of the property that serve a decent breakfast . Not in the middle of the city but just six or seven blocks away from the main square. It's better to mix with locals. (in the center is full of tourists)
