Upscale Townhome W/pool Access! 5 mi. to Disney!

The actual property was VERY GOOD! The accommodations were comfortable, updated, clean and pleasant. The location is great for WDW access and a Walmart Superstore is just a block away! However, the communication with the management company was AWFUL. They gave us wrong codes for the unit, WiFi, pool, gym and bathrooms at the pool. I called FOUR times to get updated codes...1. Late at night on our arrival to get in the unit--very frustrating! 2. To get the WiFi access codes after we actually arrived inside. 3. To get the pool/gym access code but the one they gave me did open the pool -- but I unfortunately didn't also check the gym...and it did NOT open the gym or the pool bathrooms. 4. So we called a FOURTH time to get the gym and bathroom codes and they said they had no other codes to provide and there was nothing they could do until the next day (which was after we left). And, on the second call I asked for washcloths since NONE were in the unit...they never arrived. The TVs in the unit are difficult to operate and have different service for TV and streaming.

Very nice property, wonderful stay. When we checked out, we forgot a cell phone and the cleaning crew found it and they shipped back to us. Overall, very happy!!!

The property was spacious, new, loved bathrooms in all the rooms, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the cleaning before hand was not the best. Floors were not cleaned properly and the shower walls were not wiped down. The biggest issue I had was the house had 5 televisions and only 1 worked. THE WI-FI WAS Terrible upstairs and 3 out of four bedrooms were upstairs. The neighbors wi-fi was stronger than ours sure wish we had their passwords.

This was a condo type of resort except the company didnt own all of the condos so the only negative thing about it was the other people staying in the surrounding condos because the company didn’t own all of them they had no control over the other residents I would’ve had to call a nonemergency number to handle the very loud inappropriate music being played while my kids were on their way to enjoy the community pool and we’re unable to do so because of loud obnoxious residence but luckily that only lasted two days of our five day trip so the last three days were enjoyable and they were able to go to the pool.
