施設周辺に徒歩で行ける場所が複数ある。坂の上ではなく海の近くの平らな所にあり、魚市場や複数の飲食店まで徒歩で数分。朝食が6時半からで朝の時間を使いやすい。

シャワーの水圧が弱めで、お湯から水になるのが早いため、髪が多い人や長い人は大変かもしれない。通路や階段を歩く人の声や足音がよく聞こえる。
