Villa Flora

Die Lage ist super und die Villa hat Charm. Man ist im Zentrum aber dennoch ein ruhiger Platz.

Wir waren vor Jahren schon mal da. Da war nix zu meckern. Jetzt ist von Reinigung nicht zu sprechen. Es wurde jediglich mal kurz drüber gefegt. In den Ecken Dreck und Spinnweben. Die gemietete Bettwäsche war ebenfalls dreckig. Zudem waren die Latten bei den Betten kaputt und die Nächte für uns ein Graus.

Tolle Lage, schöne Villa mit viel Potenzial, die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet, neue Küche.

Leider schmutziges Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Kaffeemaschine bei Anreise, ungepflegtes Treppenhaus, die Aussentür ließ sich schlecht schließen, so dass sie über Nacht oft offen stand.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus war ein Schotterweg mit großen Schlaglöchern. Bei Regen musste man sich seinen Weg dazwischen suchen. Das Bad müsste mal etwas erneuert werden: kaputter Duschkopf, Waschbecken nicht mehr gut befestigt (wackelt etwas), Ablagefläche fehlt. Ein Besen wäre gut sowie vernünftige, große Mülleimer.

I find it unaccebtable that the host wants to charge you just for letting you into the property. I was travelling by train and don't find it right that I should go to another village just to pick up the keys. Highly inconvienient. Once I've agreed with receptionist that someone will come over to let me in, he wanted to charge me for that! Now, that's cheeky! When I called the day after to ask for some more toilet paper, the receptonist also said I should come over and pick it up myself from a place in the neighbouring village where they run another place. What a service.

It was low season, so I would expect that being one of the few guests, I'd get a better (normal) treatment. If the hosts are too busy to take care of multiple places, perhaps they should consider either shutting the place completely for winter or hiring more stuff. I didnt feel welcoming at all!

We've been to the place before, and we really like it, it has good spirits :-) It's very well renovated and has a very nice interior, The kitchen and dining area is very cosy.
