"Excellent"

Very modern and clean. Plenty of wash rags and good brand of body wash etc that is provided. No small bottles to keep track of.

Pool is a little cold, but that is just a preference. We had brought our own towels, but seemed that towels were provided. During our over night the towels were not stocked.

"Fantastic stay!"

The hotel was wonderful. It was clean, modern, and the breakfast was wonderful. It's close to the Columbus Zoo, so if you're going there, that's a plus. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and wonderful at their jobs.

"I would stay again"

Close to shopping/food. Clean. Safe.

We arrived earlier than checking, and room wasn’t ready…understandable, but was offered a phone call for when it would be ready, and we never received the phone call. Everything else was great.

Beds are super comfy, room was pretty clean. Full tv guide and good wifi

The shower was clean for the most part but had a bunch of little hairs all over the shelves
