This is a budget friendly condo complex located directly on the beach about 5 minutes from St Andrews State Park which is on the east end of PCB. Great location for quick access to most dinning and entertainment. The unit was nice, good amenities but this particular unit needed a little better cleaning but overall acceptable. Master bed was comfortable but Guest bed was not. Building and grounds well kept. We loved the after hours on-site security. They were very friendly and thorough. Nice pool, no hot tub. Great location for PCB sunsets. The State of Florida doesn't require keyless deadbolts or secondary locks, and this unit did not have a room safe so keep that in mind if visiting. If you're looking for a good place that is budget friendly, secure, conveniently located, and on the beach, this is it.
