"Not worth it"

Don’t stay in Suite 1325. Every hour the A/C was pounding loudly like someone at the door. Front desk said they’re look into the matter but no resolution. Declined change of suite in the other wing because view wasn’t nice. Urine smell coming from shower drain. No room slippers. Very disappointed as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Amazing views to watch the sun going down. Beautiful beach and fantastic facilities. The staff are truely friendly throughout from the gardiners to the waiters and cleaners. The place was spotless and proved to be a magical break. Thank you very much.

"short family trip"

the staff did their utmost to make the stay fun and comfortable, but it was new years weekend and there honestly was just not enough staff. service was a bit slow, but everyone was friendly. i think v reasonable for the price
