Super clean and all modern looking

Although our stay was short since we only slept over on our way back home, it was a nice stay. The location is perfect, just 100m from Orhidrelia Wellness. The staff at Rosa Aparthotel were super polite during our check-in and check-out. The apartment was well-furnished, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The two bottles of water that were waiting for us were a nice gesture.

The shower was not draining well, causing floods in the bathroom. Although it was stated that we needed to pay an additional 8 EUR for city tax and service, in the end, we had to pay 10 EUR. It's not a big deal and difference, but it would be good to have the exact amount stated on our booking bill.

I don't even know where to start. The apartment wasn't cleaned a single time, not a towel was changed,we even had to buy toilet paper. Also the condition of the towels left at the apartment was not acceptable. The hand towel had some spots and it seemed very old.. and used. The pillows were the worst we've ever slept on. Super hard and uncomfortable I was surprised that we had to pay 6 euros for check in tax (never happened to me before) after we had a very "lovely situation" being checked out on an earlier day, due to what they wrote in the system when we checked in. It wasn't nice to run around between this apartment and the hotel with a sleepy and nervous toddler to get this thing resolved, and in the end paying for this kind of check in service. I am sorry I don't mean to be rude, these are some things that you might want to improve.

Close to the spa, clean and vomfortable.

Limited time for check-out, Nobody is available at the reception after 22:00. The spa is working by 24:00 on Fridays and as we had to leave in the morning, 22:00 check-out time force you to leave the spa for by 22:00, had to find the alternative to pay and do checkout by myself, no information was available for such case.

Definitely the apartment don’t have 43m2.
