"Covenient, quiet, friendly, but the cleaning schedule needs to be more robust."

The location was convenient and quiet during the stated quiet hours.

My room was not clean. I was traveling with my pet ($75 pet fee) and it was apparent based on the amount of sniffing on the duvet and corners of walls that the room hadn’t been throughly cleaned. The shower tray was brown/black.

Nice enough with a comfortable bed and breakfast included.

Didn’t sleep due to loud noises in the room above us. It sounded like construction and started just after midnight. The front desk was unattended when we checked out so I couldn’t report it.

"Perfect stay and amazing breakfast"

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, thanks to Mineriva’s excellent management. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious, organized, and always fully stocked. The attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!
