"ANGRY! 2 towel sets for 3 people!! Ridiculous!!"

The hotel front desk clerk Daisy told my husband we could only get two towels, I paid for three people! I went to talk to her. Daisy said it was the hotel policy that only 2 towels per room. I told her she was ridiculous!!! NO hotel will make 3 people shower with 2 towels! She said well you will have to wait an hour for towels. I had to wait until 1030pm to get towels to shower before I could go to bed. I told the front desk all of it before I left the following morning!! Utterly RIDICULOUS!! And I was so tired and ready for bed!!

"I would of like my stay better if they had my room ready at check in."

The breakfast was good just the pancake machine was not working. Also the last prepping the food was not nice at all. She literally bumped into me 3 times without even saying sorry or excuse me. She didn't great anyone, it appeared as she was annoyed by all the people at breakfast.

The lady at the check in desk was not friendly at all. She seemed like she didn't really care or concern that our room wasn't ready. She needs to be more empathetic. I'm assuming because she was possibly leaving for the day and we were not her concern.
