The apartment is sufficiently spacious to fit a family of four. It is located in the centre of Playa San Juan, with shops and the seaside at walking distance. The living room with a kitchen corner opens to a busy street (by Playa San Juan standards), but generally it is not too loud. The owners are friendly and they give the keys in person, rather than leaving them in a box. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, there is an induction cooking plate (for two pots) and a microwave. There is also a washing machine, which is very helpful.

A downside is a noisy restaurant garden in the courtyard to which both of the bedrooms open to. As a result, at night it is necessary to close the balcony of the master bedroom and the window of the children's bedroom and to use ear-plugs. This is rather annoying, given that there is no air-conditioning. Another downside is the fact that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. Although parking is free of charge in Playa San Juan, it is impossible to park in the street where the apartment is located, but rather a couple of streets away (approximately 5 minutes by foot). Regarding the apartment's equipment, there is no oven, no dishwasher and the cooking plate is very small.

Very clean and new . Love the location. Nice bed. Sunny balcony.

Basic in every way. A 2 ring hob only, hardly any kitchen utensils.the second bedroom was tiny. Definitely not suitable for 4. And overpriced .!!
