Made reservations in May 2025. Fairfield Louisville Jefferson hotel closed completely in September 2025. No email. No notification. Learned reservation was changed to another hotel when found another Fairfield Hotel in Jefferson. Very disappointed. We chose the hotel because it was in walking distance of our function. No sympathy from the hotel chain.

It was okay but the tv wasn’t working. Had to move rooms after getting settled.

They wouldn’t cancel my second booking even though I had two bookings so they took my money for an empty room that wasn’t used and wouldn’t refund me.

"Definitely worth checking out!"

The staff at check-in were friendly and quick. We were asked which floor we would like to stay on which I appreciated. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and everything was very clean.

The walls between rooms were not as sound-proofed as expected. We could hear the neighbor's loud tv late night but fortunately they turned it off so we could sleep.
