NO REFUND WITH 3 DAYS NOTICE . Never have I seen this.

If i ran my business like he does, i would have no customers. When I booked 5 days before arrival, hotels in Bilbao were nearly sold out. I got the last room. Unfortunately, I was unable to book transport to Biblao for that day. 3 days prior to my stay, i called, to cancel. Called 4 times to the hotel. 3 times to the owner phone # & left messages. Plus emailed via Booking.com . The owner would easily have rented out my room. With a 3 days notice. SO HE WAS PAID 2 X FOR THE SAME NIGHT. NO REFUND with 3 days notice.!
