"Not going back"

Smell of the property was awful

The sheets had very bad smell like a homeless person was sleeping inside of the sheets, and the mail has not been able to been removed, and if it’s that I suggest just put new sheets

Overall the hotel was ok for the price. Didn’t try the breakfast. I didn’t enjoy the odor smell of our room. It was very bed smelled of urine.

Everything was dirty: the bedding sheets, the floor, the bathtub and there were even an insect on the towels. Awful

Pretty good , It’s in the center of Katy where all the action is at so everything is pretty close if you want to go out and explore Katy , 5min drive from katy mills mall type of close. stores are extremely convenient and it’s a safe area 👍

"I will never use this hotel again."

To be honest, nothing about the property you anymore would like. If this hotel in the Middle East, will probably be charge to 30 bucks a night no more. But the management is nice.

Dirty, the floor is dirty, I guess everywhere is dirty, the breakfast is a joke. The Inner sheets dirty as well as the room itself.
