The room was okay, but noisy (freeway outside my window). I prefer first floor, ended up on the third. The front desk was friendly, even though disappointing to hear no reward points because of your services.

We'll when I checked in I was informed by the front desk clerk, that because I used your service to book my stay, they could not give me my rewards points. I WASN'T EVEN AWARE THAT I WAS BOOKING THROUGH YOU. NEXT TIME I WILL JUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE SURE I GET MY REWARD POINTS. Very disappointing and stupid on my part not to have checked first. Left before breakfast. Toilet was stopped up when I used it the following morning, that was really disappointing. Especially since I was leaving so early.
