Hotel Kansas City, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

We came into town to go to a concert at the T Mobile Arena. This hotel was excellent. The location was perfect and the amenities/service were outstanding. I want yo give a shout out to Nicholas who was phenomenal!

I stayed here to see a concert on November 15. The interior is beautiful and the service (front desk, valet) was excellent. All was very clean and the bed was amazing. I had a nice city view. The walk in shower was large and beautifully done. The interior decor of my room was up to date and very pretty. A couple of negatives was the high cost for valet parking and cost for meals and drinks in the bar. The space between the bed and the wall was barely enough to walk through to get to the left side of the bed. I would consider staying here again bc the hotel is gorgeous and so many things were excellent.

Such a beautiful hotel. Loved all the intricate detail in every space. The hotel bar was fabulous, the restaurant was wonderful, and the room was immaculate.

I love the cleanliness, nature and very quiet. However I recommend they need stores. Like shoe stores, etc.

The hotel is very nice there is some road construction going on that made it harder to access the property

There was stuff splattered on the wall in one of our rooms and it was so very noisy

it was a great hotel
