OFURO WORLD HOTEL SPA

Ich habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Hotel denke unbewohnt, im Zimmer alles staubig dreckig, spinnweben und kaum Hotelgäste gesehen. Bisschen ein komisches Hotel. Gewisse Sachen im Zimmer funktionieren nicht mal.

Ne pas se fier à la dénomination hotel-spa dont on peut avoir l'habitude en français. C'est un hotel d'etape, à deux pas de l'aéroport et l'environnement n'est pas folichon (ca ressemble a une zac). Petit déjeuner juste correct, sans plus. Problème de wifi a l'arrivee mais réglé par la suite.

We wanted to pay cash when we saw this hotel on hotels.com. When we talked on the phone, the guy (son of the owner) working there confirmed the price for two family rooms to be the same as on the app. When we arrived there however, we were met with a greedy hotelowner that basically lied to us and said the price we saw and got over the phone was for one standard room alone, which just wasn’t the case. He then tried to put 5 people (of which 3 were children who were exhausted) in to a room for two people. I’m no lawyer, but this seems illegal. He then lied to us, saying that the advert on hotels.com was a fraud and that we really shouldn’t buy it, as it would mean losing our money. I called his bluff, and sure enough the two FAMILY rooms were booked for the same price he wanted to put all 5 of us in one standard room. He still didn’t admit that he was lying and doubled down, saying that my reservation was wrong and was for four people instead of 5, which also was a lie. When confronted with showing my confirmation on my phone, he yapped about how we got a worse room and all; basically he lied his teeth out so he could scam us into paying 2x. That being said, the rooms were OK, they all had AC and we slept fine. Breakfast was also fine. If the owner wasn’t such a greedy liar, this place would have received a pretty good rating from me.

Good location, nice spacious room.

Poor customer service, air conditioner not working properly, no fans available for the other side of the room, reception was sending a youth 12, 13 yrs old to cone and assist with trying to get the airconditioner working. The youth was not in a helpful.

Location was very close to airport. Nice comfortable rooms and beds. Good breakfast. Restaurant at site with decent food at reasonable price. Walkable to 2 other restaurants.Plenty of parking. Helpful staff, though English is not widely spoken. if you fancy massage, spa or turkish bath, the hotel has these services at site.

The bathroom floors could have been cleaner. There were some spots that I had to wipe off.

Everything is perfect the stuff and the reception and the lady at the reception and at the restaurant they are wonderful thank you hosting me

Close to airport and nice comfy room

No internet at all during my stay; terrible breakfast…worst during my whole trip 🤐
