Clean, quiet

Front desk clerk seemed distracted and confused. Did not explain charges for incidentals and pet damage hold fees. She also didn’t know I had booked 2 rooms. I had to call for receipt to be emailed to me twice. I tried calling back and the phone was allowed to ring for at least 10 times and then answered and hung up. I called back and it rang for the same amount of times before someone answered. Same clerk was again seemingly confused and distracted. All I wanted was for all costs to be explained up front so I could have planned accordingly. I may have chosen a different method of payment had I known how much would be held on my card.

They ran out of food all 3 days i spent there at least an hour better before service time was done. Very frustrating. Waffles wery very rubbery. They were out of orange juice all 3 days as well.

The breakfast was very practical and tasty. The location was a bit further from Manassas Old Town than i would have liked, but this wasn't a big problem for me.

The location. I had hoped it would be a bit closer to Old Town.

Tater tots and sausage patties was a very welcome surprise. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Beds were clean and free of bugs, though there was a couple very obvious stains on the covers and hallway. The shower was unique and felt premium, especially enjoyed the use of full size shampoo and how it was fixed to the wall. The lobby was beautiful. It was also a pleasant surprise to see appliances such as the microwave and fridge. As well plenty of surface provided to keep our belongings off the floor, with a baggage platform in the closet if more space was needed.

Washer and dryer require quarters. Took a trip here from afar to visit the local concert venue. Returned past midnight in rain soaked clothes, with no way to dry them. I walked to the dryer from my room without pants but would not dare do that to the lobby. The washer/dryer actually has verbage that suggests using a card but the model present doesn't seem to have the ability. I would have expected a $200 one night stay to not be fickle over a 25¢ dry. The lack of a bathmat, and railing to hang towels gave us pause. Easily solved but felt like a burden to the maids dirtying a towel just for the feet. Also the shower welcomes long stay, however there is no ceiling vent. The mirror is most certainly to be foggy.
