我是第二次入住，服務人員還是很好，硬件設施開始走下坡了，馬桶發臭有問題，天花板上有污漬，好意換了30層一間比較大的房間給我，結果一進門就霉味很重。後來反應後拿了一台空氣清淨機給我使用。應該是趁我不在房間的時候把室內霉味除掉吧，天真的服務人員拿了空氣清淨機放我房間裡面根本就沒有開啟，直到我回房間後又是霉味很難受！ 本來住在33樓，晚上回酒店到了33樓廊道內，一股剩菜的臭味充滿了廊道，原因是隔壁的旅客竟然把用過的剩菜剩飯餐盒全丟在門外，地上還流了一灘湯汁菜水。很難想像這個級別的酒店客人的水平也有很糟糕的。 馬桶有問題不怪服務人員，因為她沒去坐馬桶臭味是不會出現的，但是馬桶間的天花板一大片污漬都不知道已經出現多久了（我是以為是上一層馬桶的污水造成的）服務人員沒有回報問題。 至於最大的過錯則是飯店的經理，以為拿幾瓶茶水ㄧ瓶紅酒換一間比較大的房間給我，問題就解決了，可是霉味很重的問題，經理根本就沒有事先去房間確認過，因為馬桶的問題換一間霉味的房間給我根本就是在製造更大的問題！ 所以我的結論就是一切都在退步中⋯⋯可惜了廈門華爾道夫

Staff is very kind , some of them speak some English, but all of them are very helpful.

More staff member should talk English. This made several cases difficult to get that best service they can provide.

I love the design of the hotel especially the golden fish pond. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Comparing with the other similar price hotels, this one is the best of all. Me and my family enjoyed the stay. The staff is very friendly and provide high standards service.

The hotel is superb. Few days before check in, housekeeper Wendy emailed to ask if I am celebrating any events. I just replied casually that it’s our wedding anniversary and viola!At check in, there was a bouquet of roses n balloons in the room. V pleasant experience.

Room is a bit dark.
