location was goad and had good parking

the showers were not working on our arrival And we’re only fixed at 11:45 pm the next day the pillows were poor and I asked for another and our request fell on deaf ears. the lady said due to the showers not working can I offer you anything as the kitchen is open till 9:30 maybe I assumed a free meal we were then chased to the room and marched down to pay unfortunately I would not re-book

Very good localization

Well personel is rude and not helpful, for the invoice you can wait months or untill the end of the stay.

"Good budget stay, clean tidy and friendly"

Basic but clean and tidy with character. Staff very friendly and helpful once I got them. Restaurant onsite good and popular with locals.

On arrival no one around, indicated check in for 4.30, still no-one around, rang the phone number from booking.com and got a message bank. Finally when restaurant opened at 5pm they called the hotel staff and all was good.
