The view

Firstly, I didn’t like the fact there was no shuttle due to the fact the hill is very steep and didn’t have any barriers. Secondly, the room was not the room which was advertised on your website. Thirdly, the dinning area was too small and we had to wait for breakfast because it couldn’t accommodate enough people.
