10:45PM woken up by argument between male and female in room on one side of mine which lasted about 1/2 hour. 12:00 midnight woken again by loud voices from room on other side of mine or from the floor above that room. 2:30AM awoken by very loud music and loud footsteps from the room above mine. Went on intermittently until 5:00AM. Right after the music stopped, another argument from same room as the first argument, between two females began. They were still arguing when I packed up my things and left at about 6:00AM Went to check out and report the noisy stay I'd had but office door locked and no answer when I rang the doorbell. I've stayed there before but apparently its under new management. Won't stay there again!! It used to be a good place to stay at a good price and in a good location, but not any longer!

Great location -close to campus. Easy access. Very friendly staff greeted me. I didn’t want to spend much, and didn’t at this hotel. Absolutely just a place to sleep. Clean enough.

This is bare bare bones. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, good choice. Old and worn furniture. Basically a room with a bed and bathroom.

We reserved it and the money was put on hold on my card 2 hours prior to our arrival and when we got there they said they didnt have any rooms left and that they had just put someone in the last room about 30mins prior to us showing up so i told him he had to cancel it on his end so my money could be release and it was never canceled

I was not satisfied with the room and the front desk person was rude and not explaining the rules and not telling us we can't have viist so we left and he keeps our money there .i

Our reservation was cancelled the day we were to arrive with no phone call to me to inform us. Apparently, someone left our room door open and the room got trashed. We were never given an exact explanation. The facility smelled like urine and had bugs. Poorly managed, dirty, and disgusting. Reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Will never stay here and will let everyone else know this.
