Our serviced apartments house offers a 24/7 service center, but no reception on site. Please let us know your email address so that we can send you the check-in invitation. You will receive this no later than 4 days before your arrival. We then ask you to carry out the web check-in. You will then receive a QR code with which you can easily create a key card for your apartment. Alternatively, you can also use our check-in terminal on site. Your apartment will be available to you no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. For the sake of the environment, we only clean your apartment every 7 days. If you would like an intermediate cleaning for a fee or a change of towels, please contact us at any time. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Please note that our French beds have a width of at least 55 in. Unless otherwise agreed, check-out is at 11 a.m. This property does not accommodate stag, hen or similar parties. Smoking is prohibited in our apartment house out of consideration for other guests! The design and layout of the apartments may vary slightly from the photos. Quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. License number: HRB 206490This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
