Our serviced apartments house offers a 24/7 service center, but no reception on site. Please let us know your email address so that we can send you the check-in invitation. You will receive this no later than 4 days before your arrival. We then ask you to carry out the web check-in. Your apartment will be available to you no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. For the sake of the environment, we only clean your apartment every 7 days. If you would like an intermediate cleaning for a fee or a change of towels, please contact us at any time. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Please note that our French beds have a width of at least 55 in. Unless otherwise agreed, check-out is at 11 a.m. This property does not accommodate stag, hen or similar parties. Space was ok.

Check in was a problem. There was no code received and you have to call them to get the code. The place has no toilet paper. The chatbot responds that there is a welcome kit and it has one. There was no such welcome kit. The service person did not come before 8.30 am, so had to find an open supermarket at 7.30 in the morning. They try to automate everything but it does not work as it is far from perfect or even acceptable.

stanza grande, con macchinetta caffe.

Zona molto mal frequentata. non c'è un supermercato nei dintorni e nemmeno un bar. In cinque notti che ho dormito li non mi hanno mai rifatto la stanza ne portato altri asciugamani di ricambio ( solo 1 per tipo per 5 giorni). Nella camera non c'erano tapparelle, e quelle che c'erano erano rotte. costo molto alto, se rapportato alla zona e servizi.
