Adoramos o local. Vale muito a pena. Apenas uma observação construtiva: variedade no café da manhã seria algo bem interessante.

Lugar lindo, mas precisa de manutenção.

Estadia inadequada para negócios, lugar ideal para lazer com a família. Difícil acesso, recepção atende muito mal.

O Lugar é lindo, mas o hotel está jogado as tracas, você entra e sai sem ver funcionários, o café da manhã é pessimo, bolos queimados, acaba até os pratos e copos. Um potencial desperdiçado

The wide open views were exceptional- just sitting on the verandah or on the grassy area nearby I felt such peace and restoration. Such a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful place to stay. I loved that I could bring my dog without any problem and that there was a walk down to a lake and mini waterfall. It ticked most of my boxes. The grounds were well kept

I felt that the signposts and information about the coffee plantation had seen better days. Most were rusty and illegible. I felt that they could market the whole place so much better - tours of the plantation, signed walks and being able to see all the different processes. Also why is their coffee not available for sale? That’s a huge marketing miss! I would have been grateful for a kettle in my room and at least a glass and cup. This is very small, but in the description it promised shampoo, so I didn’t bring mine, but only soap was given.

O hotel tem localização privilegiada e proporciona um por do sol de tirar o fôlego. A proposta de uma hospedagem em meio plantação de café é sensacional. Entretanto , percebemos a necessidade de manutenção na estrutura, como chuveirinho do banheiros sem funcionar. Pequenos detalhes como sabonete e shampoo nos quartos fazem diferença tbm. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso, porem servido muito tarde p quem quer sair e aproveitar o turismo local.

O atendimento foi excelente, com otimo cafe da manhã e pessoas muito educadas e diferenciadas ao atender os hóspedes. Parabéns para a Camila e Heloisa. Obrigado pelo carinho.

The receptionist was too cold and gave not any information about the place. There is too much noise from one room to another.
