2 Minuten zu fuß vom Agios Prokopios Strand, schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Sauber, simple, praktisch und günstig. Es liegt gebau in einer belebten Umgebung wo alle Supermärkte und Restaurants simd aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig weil, das Hotel in der Hinterstraße liegt.

RSThe location - it was perfectly placed. Pretty much in the center of Agios Prokopios (which many consider the best beach on the island), yet, at the same time, away from the crowds and traffic of the "main road". It was a minute on foot from the bakeries, taverns and restaurants, and 2-3 minutes from the beach, the supermarket, petrol and bus station. The property itself - it was really spacious and decorated in good taste. It had all the listed facilities, e.g. a kitchenette suitable for some basic food making, a safe, flat screen TV, etc. Cleanliness - a diurnal cleaning service kept everything perfectly clean and in order. They changed the bedsheets and the towels either daily or once in two days. Lastly, the staff - Mihaela and her family i.e. the hosts, as well as the cleaning lady were great and available for any request or question. The communication with them was nothing short of pleasure.

Our room looked exactly like the picture. Our taxi driver had a bit of trouble to find the hotel. Near the beach, 2 bakeries and a convenient store. We didn’t have any problem with it but everything was dealt by the owner’s kid (our checkin/checkout), when we asked for an extra toilet roll and to tell them one of chair on the balcony was broken. It was a bit amusing, seemed like he was the boss, we actually never met his parents lol We liked spending time on the balcony after going to the beach and before dinner but it was too hot to have breakfast there (no shade even with the umbrella). The cleaning during our stay was basic.
I would recommend to visit this place. The room is well equipped with new TV. The wifi works great and the air condition is new and works perfectly. The room has great view to the beach. Nearby you can find everything you need. Super market, bakery, restaurants and the beach for swimming.
