Nothing because for the 2nd time I was charged the motel rate when I arrived . When I checked out I found out that my card was charged again. It took a month for them to refund the 2nd charged amount. I still haven't received the 2nd charged amount this time. I will never stay there again

This place sucks. I was charged on my bank card double . When I arrived and when I checked out. The staff says they didn't do it and blew me off. Somebody needs to investigate this place because they are charging people 2 times for staying. I will never stay there again

"A basic stay, supportive staff, but technical prob"

During my stay, they were having problems with the Wi-Fi and television systems. I ended up having to use my own cell phone plan to stay in touch with no Wi-Fi and had to find entertainment options primarily on my phone because the television system was digital and not analog. But they tried to accommodate me the very best they could in spite of the problems.

"Obvious drug use on the property and a crazy manager. I will never stay at that location again."

I had a doctor appointment nearby so I booked online for myself, my child and grandchild. Apparently it didn't show up that my grandchild was also booked so when we swam I was accused of having "extra people". As we walked to the pool we passed through a cloud of marijuana smoke and when I took my grandchild to the room to use the potty we passed a blatant drug deal. There was another family with kids at the pool that we sat with under the awning and the manager was irate that we were "having a party". I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel.

The bed was very comfortable

I had already paid for my room and I still have to wait till 3:00 to check in.. I know 3:00 is checking time but he could have at least let me check in around 2:00 I have been sitting in the lobby since 1:30 and my air conditioner went out in my car
