Es de resaltar la extraordinaria buena atención de todo el personal, sin excepción. Es buena la ubicación y las instalaciones, pero lo mejor, fue la atención de todo el personal.

Todo excelente, muy tranquila nuestra estancia, muy bonito el cuarto, el personal muy amable y la ubicación perfecta. No le di las 5 estrellas por qué les falta un poco de atención a la limpieza del área de la regadera pero aparte de eso lo demás si está muy limpio.

Personal muy amable, excelentemente situado. Exageran con las reposiciones de toallas, ademas toallas muy viejas, realmente ya las deben reponer y limpieza profunda (esquinas, polvo partes superiores , tallar area de regadera)

The checkin process was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The location was excellent, just two blocks off the main square. There was a rooftop bar but because there were not many guests, it was not open. They did offer us beverages from the bar, delivered to our room. The room was a bit small, but well appointed. However the bed was exceptionally hard - like sleeping on a bed of plywood. 5 star on attentive staff, 3 star on comfort of the bed and the lack of rooftop bar access.

Loved it

This very small boutique hotel (only eight rooms) was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful, perfectly located within the Historic Center of SMA, and the staff was nothing short of spectacular. Our stay felt so personal, like a well run B&B. We had the deluxe room with balcony, which was large and well appointed. Breakfast, which in added to our stay, was so fresh and authentic. We absolutely loved every minute and would endorse this property ten fold.
