Excelente el personal del hotel, la acogida, el trato.. Enclavado en plena naturaleza, rodeados de los colores del otoño.., una experiencia de 10.

"Lugar super agradable para disfrutar de La Alpujarra."

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato del personal y el enclave además de lo bonito que es el hotel. Las instalaciones son muy agradables y el personal es muy cercano y está muy atento. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia y con lo necesario. Muy cerca de Trevélez, y con ruta de senderismo que sale desde el hotel.

Creo que se podría mejorar en cuanto a la cocina (quizá el menú) y a la limpieza de algunas partes de la habitación (había pelos de perro en el sofá). Pero por lo demás, un sitio estupendo.

"Hotel cómodo en un entorno inmejorable."

La amplitud de la habitación, la limpieza y el entorno. El personal es muy amable.

El desayuno era un poco escaso y pobre. Debería especificar que está en las cercanías de Trevélez, no en Busquistar.

No le pongo una puntuación más alta porque no hay. Ha sido una maravillosa experiencia, desde el lugar que está decorado con mucho detalle y gusto, la limpieza impecable, el trato de todo el personal y la comida tan deliciosa. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo. Sin duda volveremos pronto y con más gente.

Onbegrijpelijk dat dit hotel 4 sterren heeft: (vieze) zwembaden binnen en buiten dicht, volledig verwaarloosd buitenterrein, alles kapot en versleten, penetrante carboleum-geur in het hele hotel, kapotte vlaggen, lege bloembakken, televisie áchter het bed, geen airco, geen lift, €165 voor 1 nacht is ridicuul.
