Lovely boutique hotel in a good location. 5 minutes walk from the main square. Room was lovely and clean and well equipped.They put their own ground coffee in the room as well as coffee pods, tea etc. Comes with coffee machine, kettle, hob, sink & mini bar. If you are staying on your own you can rent a fish tank with a fish to keep you company which we thought was cute! Bed was nice and comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and check in and out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and easy walking distance to the old market.
Veronica and the other hotel staff were very pleasant to deal with, and responsive to anything we needed. The hotel itself was designed for beauty and comfort. We were thoroughly pampered there! :)
The hotel is lovely. Excellent facilities and extremely clean and tidy. Each room has ensuite facilities plus microwave, kettle, coffee maker and hob in the kitchen area. They even provide you with coffee and tea daily! Fresh towels are also provided daily. Their breakfast is great with all you can eat and a huge variety of foods. Their staff are really friendly and informative and nothing is too much trouble. Situated 5 minutes walk from Krakow centre.
We have stayed in Kraków a few times and the Ventus Rosa is by far the best hotel that we have stayed in. From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, we couldn't fault them. We originally didn't book breakfast, but on our first morning we decided we may as well give it a go, glad we did! Superb. If we come back to Kraków again, this is where we will stay.
Cosy apartment with nice atmosphere. The room has a small kitchen where you can cook something. Nice coffee from coffe-machine.

This hotel is amazing. From the moment you arrive at the entrance, it is beautiful. We had one of the rooms with a balcony. It was really spacious and clean. Everything you need from kettle to microwave to coffee machine etc. Staff were fantastic from start to finish. Location is perfect. 10min walk you are in the main square. 15mins the other direction you are in the Jewish quarter. We are definitely going to return.
Upon arrival at the Ventus Rosa Boutique Aparthotel, we were struck by how lovely every place in the hotel was. The reception room with its furniture and decorative items were just gorgeous and our room was absolutely lovely. We were also amazed at how new and clean everything was. Adding to this, the breakfast room downstairs was just wonderful, with an exquisite layout and brilliant food to match. Most notably, the staff were all superb, who made our stay even more delightful. This was our first visit to Poland and from the impression we received in Krakow at the Ventus Rosa and the city overall, we would love to return. Thank you for making this a wonderful holiday.
