Location and staff were very friendly.

Breakfast can only be provided after a certain which is not great if you need to get out onto the hills early. This should have been communicated to us earlier as we would not have paid for the breakfasts. The bed was also very soft and uncomfortable.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful service! Made us feel very welcome. We’d ran the Keswick to Barrow race in the day and came back to freshly backed cake, perfect treat. Breakfast was also great.
