Very clean and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows.

Not super close to main Canberra attractions. If you have a car, this is a great hotel.

Bed was comfortable

I didn’t like that going to breakfast the area hadn’t been clean from the night before and there were beer glasses and rubbish everywhere to get to breakfast. I also didn’t like how we couldn’t get the boomgate to open despite paying for the service to park there. Staff were indifferent and nonplussed about things

Unpaid parking would have been a good bonus. Would be better if parking was included in the rack rate.
