Disorganized Christmas dinner with unexpectedly bad service. However, the team rectified the bill to compensate for all the inconvenience

The hotel was outstanding in every respect - the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the facilities were perfect for us. It also helped that the snow was incredible and it couldn’t have been easier to get onto the slopes, a daily ski to Lech, Zurs, and even across to St Anton. The packed lunch on our departure day (early start) was also very thoughtful!

"Ski weekend"

Location to ski lift was phenomenal. Breakfast was incredible. Bar was great. Dinner was fantastic.

Beds were too firm.
