Dolphin View by Meyer Vacation Rentals

The view was mediocre. The paint was chipping and peeling in the windows. There was dust and bug accumulation on the fridge and window sills. There were large stains in the carpets throughout the house. The blinds would half fall apart every time they're moved to open the doors. The large water stain in the kitchen ceiling popped open during our stay. The internet router did not power on, so no tv or internet during our stay with 4 children. There were food crumbs on one of the upstairs beds and floors. There was a large piece of bacon under the edge of the couch. The construction crews start promptly at 7am next door. The swing outside, held together by zip ties, broke while a pregnant woman and 3yo sat on it to put on shoes. The air filter for the upstairs looked to have 3 to 5 months of caked dust. The guest book folder was hidden away in a cabinet. The hot tub had loose tiles and the jets spit out water with black and green specks in it.

Very much felt like a stay in a motel. Very cheap and dirty. Most everything is stained or broken in some fashion. Not anywhere near worth the price we paid to stay per night. Lesson learned.

Plenty of room, privacy if needed.

Only thing is at checkout, there wasn’t anything listed on what needed to be done before checkout.
