The Lexen was an amazing, beautiful, charming experience. The staff was so friendly & personable. Everything about this little boutique hotel felt magical. We're so thankful we found it & will definitely be going back! Thank you, Expedia for having it on your site!

Excellent staff, polite and helpful. Rooms and amenities great and reasonably priced.

Our suite was really big....but filled horribly. The couch was smaller than a loveseat and left so much unused space in the room that could have taken a bigger couch and/or table. The bathroom had enormous empty space which made no sense and could have easily used a tub (which I would have paid extra for) or extra storage. We specifically chose the suite for the separate bedroom only to realize at night time that there was no door therefore no privacy for the bedroom. Lastly the water pressure was nearly non-existent making washing hair very difficult. Sadly, we probably won't stay there again due to these inconviences.

The surrounding area is full of theatre, art shops and libraries..

This is a great hotel. The location is extremely convenient. We love the garage parking. Rooms are very nice.

Country western feel to the hotel. Nicely decorated. Train rolls by every now and then. Staff were all very nice and accommodating.

All good, except for crying child in the adjoining room.
