The property is amazing and the staff are so friendly and very accommodative. Always smiling. A perfect picturesque get away from Jaisalmer . The ambience, food, cleanliness everything top notch. A perfect holiday destination for family and friends.

"Not worth the price, overpriced ghost town in the middle of nothing"

I liked the architecture and general look of the Fort.

The personel didn’t address me directly because I am a woman. Even if I was the main guest, I paid for the stay and managed the booking, the personnel still mainly addressed my male partner and even gave him my receipt for the stay. This situation is not acceptable in such an expensive hotel for international guests. The facility was completely empty and therefore all the spa treatments were not available for us. It felt like a ghost town, corridors were full of bats, restaurant was dark and silent and the worst of all the hotel is so far away from Jaisalmer it only gave us tons of problems. I regret spending so much money on this hotel, it was definitely not worth the price.
