Great place downtown

Unacceptable Experience with this Hotel Valet and Lack of Responsibility from this hotel! We are also diamond members of the Hilton and shocked at how we were treated! We recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience that I feel compelled to share. We stayed here because we were dropping our daughter off at college and this hotel is very convenient! My husband and I utilized the valet service offered by the hotel, but our confidence was shattered when his Dodge Ram truck was stolen from an overflow parking lot where it was parked by their valet company. The overflow parking lot did not have cameras! Both parking garages were NOT full, not sure why they parked it in the overflow parking lot. To make matters worse, both the hotel management and the valet company completely refused to take any responsibility for the theft. Their responses were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and unprofessional. It was shocking to see how little they cared about the safety of their guests' property. The hotel front desk clerk actually said they are not affiliated with the valet company and that it was a third-party company. If you're considering staying here, think twice. You might find yourself dealing with a similar situation and get little to no support when it matters most. We certainly won't be returning!

Perfect location. Especially for a football game. Exceeded our expectations. Hotel is really cool. Room was spotless and spacious. Beautiful view. Rooftop bar and pool was really fun and great place to watch the sunset. Staff were exceptional. Trish, Taylor, and Dina really stood out. Even Asreal who parked our car was very nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

Breakfast was limited but the food was of good quality.

The fact that we were given $20 voucher per day by the hotel as part of the B&B package, however you could only order a main breakfast item & a drink. For example in my case this came to approx. $16. I wanted to buy myself a muffin with the remaining $4 but was told this was not possible to pay for it from the voucher & needed to be covered from my own account.

Although they say breakfast is available, there is no restaurant for breakfast. What they have for breakfast is a very slow concession. The worst part is that they ask for tips for selling food without service.

We first stayed here when our son moved into his dorm this summer and were impressed with the staff and our room. Beyond that, we were so grateful for Aidan in valet. We bounced back and forth from the hotel a lot and he always met us with such grace and kindness. As soon as we got home we booked two more stays to come up and visit. Thanks to Aidan and the entire staff for helping us find our Tucson home at Graduate by Hilton.
