It was nice

Everyone from the staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was on the 3rd floor.

Absolutely nothing you can hear people through the walls there was foot traffic outside the room all night long cars in and out drug deals taking place it was a bad Hotel

Florida weather is always hot and nice to me, the room was very disgusting. Went down to the lobby to express what my issues were and was told they will send someone up. All they did was come into the room and pick up paint supplies that was in the pantry. We had no dust/door stop on the bottom, we had sand, grass and bugs come in the room because there wasn’t a stop. I asked for a towel to cover it up and i got a lecture that they don’t give extra towel or linen. The dresser had molded wood, the hood over the kitchenette was disgusting. Cigarette burns all on the bathroom sink. The lamp had ashes all over it. There was spider webs and bugs under the beds. Also the chairs was nasty, table wouldn’t come clean.

The rooms are renovated & the property is quiet. People are respectful.

It was close to my job.

It was dirty. I had to clean the bathroom and floors myself. Smelled of mold.
