Hotel Bahnhof Zollikofen

En general estaba bien. La ubicación me vino muy bien ya que debía coger el tren muy temprano. La habitación estaba bastante limpia. El cuarto de baño y la ducha estaban muy limpias. La cama y la almohada eran muy cómodas.

La conexión WiFi no funcionaba correctamente, fallaba mucho. Hubo un momento en que dejó de funcionar y tuve que usar mis datos propios. A mi llegada, el recepcionista no parecía con muchas ganas de trabajar y me despachó lo más rápido posible para irse.

Sehr gute Lage. Einfacher und schneller check in und checkout prozess.

Zimmer sind doch recht basic in der Ausstattung. Frühstück auch eher wenig Auswahl.

Staff, the only positive part of this experience.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room smelled absolutely disgusting, like an old people’s home, and the odor was overwhelming. I couldn’t sleep at all and had to cover my face just to be able to breathe. The smell was unbearable and made the room completely unlivable. I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel!!!
