Riad Azad & Spa

Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la médina de Marrakech. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le calme et l’atmosphère apaisante du lieu, loin de l’agitation extérieure. Le riad est impeccablement propre, décoré avec goût et très bien entretenu. La literie est excellente, garantissant des nuits reposantes après une journée de découverte. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai moment de plaisir : copieux, varié et composé de produits frais, servis sur la terrasse dans un cadre magnifique. Le personnel est chaleureux, attentif et toujours disponible. Une adresse que je recommande vivement pour un séjour authentique et relaxant à Marrakech.

Very beautiful colours in riad but lots of furniture stacked up which rook away from the overall aesthetic.

The Riad is beautiful and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful, I was communicating with them up until our stay and they were very quick to respond. I enjoyed the massage and the room was lovely.

The food lacked flavour, we ordered dinner and it was not to our taste - the vegetables in the tagine lacked seasoning and what was advertised as an 'omelette burger' was simply an omelette and the fries were cold. The breakfast was also disappointing, it was the same thing every morning - bread with condiments with a couple of small slices of apple and strawberries per person - I would have appreciated more fruit, and the option to add things to my meal - I asked for eggs and was told it would be at an extra cost, but also that they couldn't offer it anyway and make it for me for breakfast. As we decided to stay in a traditional Riad my expectations of getting a taste of authentic Moroccan food were high, but sadly I was left disappointed. The bed was not comfortable - the mattress was hard so I had two sleepless nights and a backache.

La ducha no tiene mampara y se moja el baño completo. Además no tiene casi presión. Tampoco hay puerta del baño solo una muy fina troquelada por lo que no hay intimidad.

Fantastisk läge. Efter en tredagars tur i öknen så var deras hammam och massage helt underbar. Sen avslutade vi med en god middag. På morgonen var det bara ett par steg så var man mitt i Medinan.

The location and ambiance of the Riad was excellent. Ideal location for exploring the Souks. Stepping into the tranquility of the property after walking the busy Marrakesh streets was very welcome.

Everything was perfect. Perhaps the breakfast could have been more appetizing with more options but this is a minor comment.
