Friendly staff and service provided, cleanliness, luxurious rooms, bed comfortable breakfast well presented, plenty of choice. Satisfactory all round. Highly recommend staying there again.

No taxi service or shuttle bus It's difficult to get around unless you have a car hired Or Uber account, in which case I thought honestly stranded but got DFW taxi to take us to shops nearby and wait for us until we were finished. Hotel transfers shuttle service to the airport would be greatly beneficial to your customers Kind regards Joanne Grendon

The only thing I didn't like was they had only one chair in the room where multiple people staying in the room.It makes it a little inconvenient

I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room for my disabled mother, at check in there were no rooms available that were handicap accessible. This created a challenge for my disabled mother all weekend
