Very polite staff. Comfortable room. Very close to the train station. Eateries and supermarket close by. Reasonable price.

Not in Saitama city centre but just few train stops away.

フロント前においてあったインスタントのはちみつ紅茶ティーバッグ。美味しかった。 間違えて息子がバスタオル持って帰ってしまい、電話かけて返送しようとしたんだけど、今回は特別に返送しなくていいと言われた。また泊まりに行こうと思った。 周辺に飲食店やコンビニが充実しているので、夕食や朝食に困らなかった。
