Sonder Ellis Square

Nice, big clean room and we enjoyed our stay with a few caveats. The building itself is noisy and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Making this worse, the area around the property is also noisy with a nearby bar that had loud talking/yelling until after 2 AM. There was also a slight problem in with the room that took a lot of texts back and forth, but was never resolved. I think they did the best they could, but after A LOT of back and forth, nothing was ever resolved.

The location and unit was perfect! Wy family loved it and it was very spacious. The only thing is that the parking is a bit far. Loading and unloading luggage was the only thing that was not great. Customer Service was great! very good communication!

The property was very clean and spacious, but was the noisiest place I have ever stated. It sounded like the people upstairs were rearranging furniture and jumping off the bed all night. There were loud conversations in the alley all night long, and what sounded like saws and sanders going early in the morning. Homeless people on the street were asking for money or food everytime we walked by.

Loved being right in the heart of the historic district. And the apartment was so lovely and spacious!

Came with our family, 3 kids, for two nights during spring break. Really enjoyed the stay overall, nice place. TV wasn’t working first day, but they got that fixed right away the following day.

Tv did not work otherwise very satisfied Would use again

Perfect location for shopping and dining options. Just a short walk to River Street. Would definitely stay here again!

The ear plugs are the perfect touch!
