Location with parking facility

Very unique building with a lot of love put into it. The host is amazing and helps immediately with every inquiry.

Great location. Fun interior. Good parking. Host was flexible with check in time.

Description was confusing. We stayed on the bottom floor. We thought the entrance was our lounge area but was really a public area. As we were having a very early morning coffee the cleaning lady came in and started telling us to be out on time and clean everything. The washer and dryer was a common area too. The smell was damp and needed a dehumidifier. Light bulbs needed changing and the lamp needed fixing.

A majestic and historic house in central Antwerp, full of characterful furniture and artworks. Access to the apartment is directly via the lift. Very ample, with several bedrooms , two bathrooms and a large dining room. The communication with the owners was excellent and for an extra fee we could park the cars in one of the ample garages located at street level in proximity of the front door.

The apartment, while beautiful, is a bit run down, requiring maintenance on several fronts, from some windows not fully closing, to stuck blinds, from light fittings hanging out from walls, to several lamps/bulbs not working. The kitchen is functional but quite small, the TV is nested in the Hallway with seating a little squeezed.

The location was very central and easy to find, the atmosphere inside is totally a different vibe than what is seen from out.

To stay as 4 people was not very comfortable, because from the photos it gave us the idea that there are multiple rooms but it wasn't the case.

The location is unbeatable--very close to all the historic sights. The Nespresso machine is very nice to have. The dining table is large and chairs are comfortable. The pull-out sofa is also comfortable! I appreciated having dish towels to dry dishes.

The WLAN password is handwritten in a curious way--some lowercase letters are written as uppercase letters but in a smaller size. I would recommend just typing the password and printing that out! The air quality is a bit tricky but the host was very responsive to feedback about that. The tub is not a whirlpool. It is a basic bathtub in a diagonal placement. The kitchen could use a few sharper knives for cutting vegetables or bread. The parking is very convenient.
