OneClub was a great place to stay for our first family trip to Gulf Shores! It was close to the beach, a quick drive unless there was major traffic. Location was great as it was close to Walmart, any food location, the Tanger Outlets and any of the tourist attractions. Check-in and out was as simple as could be. The pool was beautiful along with the cabanas and tables/chairs. They even have a Bagel Boy location in the clubhouse!

When calling to check on the Bar and food the person answering the phone was beyond rude and unwelcoming we did not go to the bar at all while there due to this, we spent our money elsewhere.

Our Direct TV didn't work. The maintenance employee tried his best to no avail. He promised to have a Direct TV person stop by and take a look. Unfortunately, we checked out before that happened.
