Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder at The Catherine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and an HDMI cord for streaming. This is a central location and prone to noise.

"Homey Apartment Stay in Austin"

We loved our stay in Austin. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The free and secure parking was a great perk since we had a rental car. We didn't get to use some of the amenities like pool or BBQ's because the weather wasn't great but we will definitely look up this place for our next stay in Austin.

"Staycation for Gala Event"

Sonder at the Catherine was a great stay. The room was amazingly clean and very luxurious. I loved the feel of the studio for my wife and me to enjoy. The only possible issue was hot water seemed to go very quickly and the height of the tub was a little dangerous to step into and out of the shower. Overall, we loved the stay and plan to do it again. Sonder staff was super cool too and their communication was great.

"Cool place"

It was in a luxury building. Don’t miss out the lounge on the 19th floor. Cool view. It was clean, well designed. The mattress was very firm as I like!

You have to park outside, get in the lobby, ask the concierge to open the elevator for you, go to the apartment, get in with the code, get the key and the parking sign, and only then, the parking garage will open up for you. Ask the concierge where to park exactly. There are specific spots for sonders. The key has a fob that opens the elevator.

The location is 10 minutes drive from AUS airport. You're a few minutes walk from South Congress, Downtown, Barton Springs Rd, and many restaurants and retail. The apartment has a secured parking in the garage within the building, a full kitchen, walk-in closet, with a balcony that faces South away from the river, and is suitable for a couple or family with young kids. There is a full size queen bed along with a pull out couch. The building also has a pool and gym, as well as a rooftop lounge.
