I love staying here the location is basically perfect distance to everything (except kmart) the beds are so insanely comfortable and the spa room is so spacious for everything thats packed in. My only concern and only reason for not giving %100 is that on my last stay there was a random box half full of ice creams left in the frezzer, now i know the frezzer is not something that would necessarily get cheeked every single time but it should there was an strange and uneasy feeling after ariveing and looking around to find other peoples food not removed. I must state this was a once off, every other time it has been the most amazing experience and i will definitely be staying again... just please cheek the frezzer.

Shower water kept going hot then cold very annoying

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Apartments are on a main road but with balcony doors closed traffic noise in apartment was minimal. Enjoyed the spa!

We booked 2 bedroom apartment with a spa bath. These apartments are on the first floor with access only from external stairs. Also the shower is over the spa bath and the bath is quite deep and not easy to get into if you have limited mobility. The entrance into the car park is quite narrow and the limited number of parking spaces are also narrow. Kitchenette is small. Bathroom mirror is in an awkward spot and some hooks for towels would be useful - there was only one towel rail.

Cleanliness, location and facilities were the best features…

Walking up stairs for my elderly father wasn’t the best. He struggled a bit.
