Guter Preis, gute Anbindung ÖPNV, Stadtnähe

Ein bisschen (stellenweise sehr) schmuddelig, hellhörig, einfach. Zum Übernachten reicht es. Oropax sind aufgrund der Trittgeräusche in dem alten Dielenhaus ganz wichtig! Warmwasser dauert ewig. Frühstück hatte ich nicht, daher keine Aussage möglich. Parken schwierig, habe aber in einer Seitenstraße einen "nicht"-Bewohner-Parkplatz gefunden.

Светло, очень тепло и очень чисто. Тепло можно регулировать, что очень важно в холодную погоду.
