Staff was great, from desk to cleaning, breakfast 3star, BIG PROBLEM we stayed 5 night and the SWIMMING POOL HEATER WAS BROKE. Us adults could not swim! 1 grandchild got in but was shivering. STAFF WAS AWARE. One of the reasons we book this particular hotel is, it had a pool and we was staying 5 days. I asked for a discount at the desk for the inconvenience. They were not able to help. I will be calling BonVoi, and Fairfield inn corporate.

Spacious, quiet room, quiet. Fitness room was spacious and airy, convenient to shopping and dining, great outdoor space. Staff was friendly efficient and attentive.

I actually really liked this hotel the staff we nice the lobby was clean, the bed were very comfortable bathroom was wonderful it had nice water pressure, but the pool was VERY COLD and kinda dirty. there was nice food options around and snacks you can buy in the lobby overall I think I would stay here again

Ruime opzet, vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, schoon en fijne uitstraling qua inrichting.

Het zelf moeten opmaken van de sofabank en het ontbreken van handdoeken voor de vijfde persoon. Dit laatste werd snel geregeld, geen punt verder.
